EasyLabz supplies products intended strictly for clinical, laboratory research, medical, industrial/institutional, sanitational, experimental, or veterinary use. By purchasing from our website, you agree to use all items responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All products are for professional, non-household, non-recreational use only.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from EasyLabz.
- You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing, possessing, or using our products is legal in your city, county, and state.
- You certify that hypodermic products purchased will not be used to introduce any controlled or illegal substance into the human body.
- All products must be used in accordance with applicable safety, regulatory, and industry guidelines.
- EasyLabz reserves the right to refuse or restrict sales to any individual or entity that may not comply with our terms, conditions, or intended-use requirements.
By completing your purchase, you affirm that you understand and accept these conditions and that all products will be used only for their designated professional or research applications.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority at EasyLabz. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If you need to request a return, please review the policy below to ensure your item qualifies and to receive proper authorization.
All Sales Are Final on Sterile and Sanitation Products
Due to strict safety, sterility, and hygiene standards, all sales are final on the following product categories:
- Sterile bottles, vials, and containers
- Syringes, needles, and medical-grade components
- Sanitation and cleaning products
- Personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Any product classified as sterile, consumable, or single-use
These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance once shipped.
Return Eligibility for Non-Sterile Products
Returns for eligible non-sterile products are accepted only with prior authorization. Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
All returns require approval prior to shipment back to us.
- All returns must be approved before shipping back to us.
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued for approved returns.
- Any return sent without prior approval or without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return (for non-sterile, non-restricted items), all products must be:
- New and unused
- In original, unopened packaging
- Complete with all accessories, labels, components, and manufacturer materials
- In resalable condition
Any deviation from these standards may result in denial of the return or additional fees.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the product was shipped in error by EasyLabz, the customer is responsible for:
- All return shipping costs
- Packaging the product securely
- Any damage or loss that occurs during return transit
Items returned damaged, used, or not in original condition may be rejected or subject to additional fees.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If EasyLabz ships the wrong item or a defective product:
- EasyLabz will cover return shipping
- Original shipping charges will be refunded
- A replacement or refund will be issued promptly after inspection
We apologize for any inconvenience and will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Claims for incorrect or damaged shipments must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Circumstances
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been opened, unsealed, or used
- The item is sterile or consumable
- The item is missing components, packaging, or accessories
- The return request exceeds the allowed time window (typically 7 days from delivery for non-sterile items)
For safety, sterility, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless deemed defective or shipped in error:
- Sterile products of any kind
- Sanitation supplies and PPE
- Opened chemicals, oils, liquids, or consumables
- Items that are used, shelf-worn, opened, or not in original condition
- Products shipped outside the United States
- Discontinued, outdated, or otherwise unsellable merchandise
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact EasyLabz as soon as possible.
To receive a full credit, cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has shipped.
- If your order is cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund.
- If the order has already shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return and will be subject to:
- A 15% restocking fee, and
- Deduction of all applicable shipping charges
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, it cannot be stopped or rerouted.
Changes to Existing Orders
Because orders are processed quickly for shipment, we are unable to modify, add to, or change an order once it has been submitted.
If you need to make changes:
- Contact customer support immediately to request an order cancellation, if the order has not yet shipped.
- After cancellation confirmation, you may submit a new order with the updated items or quantities.
Please note:
- We cannot modify or adjust orders.
- We can only cancel an unshipped order.
- If your original order has already shipped, a new order must be placed for any additional items.
