We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Easy Labz is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the selection or use of containers and closures we supply. We do not guarantee that any of our products meet specific State or Federal regulatory requirements.
