SHIPPING POLICY
EasyLabz ships all orders via USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. Please note that we do not offer USPS Express shipping.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. Federal holidays. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, tracking updates may occasionally be delayed after a package is dropped off with USPS. Delivery times are determined by USPS, and EasyLabz cannot control carrier transit speed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order size and shipping destination. USPS Priority shipping generally delivers within 1–7 business days, with most packages arriving within 2–4 business days, depending on postal service conditions.
Order Processing & Cutoff Times
- Orders placed and confirmed by 3:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) are typically delivered to USPS the same business day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on Federal holidays will be delivered to USPS on the next business day.
- Orders may be modified or canceled only before shipment. Once a tracking number has been generated and emailed, orders can no longer be changed or canceled.
Address Accuracy & Returned Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Missing or incorrect details—such as apartment numbers or ZIP codes—may result in delivery delays or returned packages. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, a reshipping fee will apply.
Shipping Label Information
All shipments are labeled under the sender name “EasyLabz.”
Shipment Contract & Risk of Loss
All purchases made through easylabz.com are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier.
