These 20mm Flip Off Vial Seals Green come in sets of 10, 25, and 50 count.
The cap features a smooth, burr-free opening to prevent cotton or stopper damage during use.
To open, flip off the plastic cap and remove the aluminum seal using pliers if necessary. The flip off seal can withstand high temperatures. But this cover is fully tear-off, and when you tear off its plastic cover, the aluminum cover becomes unusable.

These seals fit our 10ml and 20ml glass vials over our 20mm rubber stoppers. Crimp them on with our 20mm flip vial crimper. Want another color? Shop yellow, grey, black, red and blue.
How many seals come in a pack?
Choose 10, 25 or 50 seals.
Do these include stoppers?
No. These are seals only. Add our 20mm rubber stoppers to complete each vial.
Do I need a crimper?
Yes. The seal won’t lock onto the vial until it’s crimped. Our 20mm flip vial crimper presses it tight in one squeeze.
Can I reuse a seal?
No. Once the plastic cap is flipped off, the aluminum seal can’t be reused.
Why use different colors?
Colors make it easy to sort vials by batch, date or contents. This pack is green.
